Kolo Vesi working principle
1. The aeration module is a ventilated block, inside there is a distribution of water from chamber 3 according to the biomass, due to which the effluents are saturated with oxygen
2. The first chamber - rough cleaning and sedimentation, the beginning of biological treatment, the primary process of protein destruction begins - ammonification
3. Second chamber - the anaerobic process ends and the first cassette with biofilm is located - a set of colonies of microorganisms
4. Fourth chamber - complete bioprocessing of org. compounds, alternation of anaerobic and aerobic processes, the process of nitrification and denitrification is completed
5. Pyramidal sump. Final aerobic treatment, final sedimentation. Discharge occurs by gravity or by gravity or by gravity or by gravity or forced by a pump

High-strength casing made of Czech PP-plastic IMG Bohemia allows the station to be used in difficult ground conditions. The rectangular bottom, protruding beyond the hull, makes it possible to abandon the anchoring of the structure.

The station does not require service with the involvement of qualified personnel. Sanitation is required every two years, and the electrical equipment taken out to the outside excludes the possibility of its flooding.

Automation units are unified and not tied to a specific model, which makes it possible, if necessary, to easily find it and replace it yourself

The principle of operation of the Zorde sewage system
Through the inlet pipe (1), waste water enters the treatment plant chamber (2), where the first oxygen-free stage of biological treatment of activated sludge begins.

Then, air is supplied through a pneumatic hose (3) to the aerator (4), with the help of which the wastewater located in the ascending pipe (5) is saturated with oxygen, and an ascending flow of wastewater is created in the pipe (5).

Then, when the wastewater passes through the mesh biofilter (6), the second stage of their purification takes place with the presence of oxygen. Then the water again returns to the chamber (2) where the final stage of oxygen-free biological treatment and water peeling takes place.

After that, the purified water flows out by gravity through the outlet pipe with a filter cartridge (7), where the final stage of cleaning from suspended solids takes place.

Suggested modifications

Autonomous sewerage Novo Eko

For seasonal and suburban use. The design is adapted to the irregular flow of waste water.

Novo Eko 3 is a modern wastewater treatment plant made at a high technological level.
The body is made of polypropylene of the highest purity and strength. At the heart of the work is the principle of aeration of waste water by spraying water in the air.

Mechanical wastewater treatment is carried out using sedimentation and fine filtration, while the areas for receiving and removing wastewater are separated by a mechanical barrier with a slotted perforation.

Principle of operation
Waste water containing organic and inorganic inclusions enters the main tank, where it is mixed with its contents.

The alternation of oxygen-free and oxygen processes is set by turning on and off the pump (3), which supplies water to the aeration chamber (4). The frequency of operation of the pump is determined by a mechanical timer.

The water supplied by the pump for aeration is taken from the central pump shaft (2) and distributed over the polyethylene load (5), from where, already saturated with oxygen, it returns to the main tank (1), and new water enters the central shaft through slot-like holes, passing at this is the filtering process.

Treated waste water leaves the unit as new portions of water enter through the sewer main.

Eurolos Bio - an autonomous sewage treatment plant

How Eurolos Bio works
Eurolos Bio is a neck cylinder made of monolithic polypropylene. Partitions divide the cylinder into three chambers communicating through slots and nozzles located at a certain height.

In the first chamber there is a branch pipe for supplying wastewater for treatment 1, and in the third - a branch pipe for draining treated wastewater 3, and a recirculating submersible pump that supplies waste water through the flow distribution unit to the biofilter chamber located in the upper part of the septic tank and into the second chamber for ejector aeration 2.
The biofilter chamber is made in the form of a ring, filled with synthetic material, in the form of tubular elements formed by twisted threads of irregular shape.

Autonomous gasification of a private house

Autonomy is independence from the gas main, i.e. liquefied propane-butane mixture is placed in a gas tank, which is fueled by an arriving tanker.

A proprietary gas tank installed by professionals is a completely safe system equipped with a safety valve that does not allow the pressure to rise above normal. It is also provided for the installation of additional safety systems in the form of leakage valves and signaling devices.

Liquefied gas is one of the most economical energy sources today. In addition, the operation of a gas boiler does not require the construction of an expensive chimney (a small coaxial pipe is enough). Emissions into the atmosphere are minimal, which ensures high environmental friendliness of the installation.
